Bleed Hockey accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You must include a copy of the original receipt. If you do not have a copy of your receipt please contact us directly prior to filing a return or exchange.
Exchanges / Returns
If you are exchanging or returning an item you will have to pay for shipping the return item to us, but we’ll pay for shipping the new item back to you.
If your item is damaged due to a "Manufacturer Defect" please contact us directly. However, this must be within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment. Returns are processed the same day we receive the item. If you have any questions, or if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service. If you are exchanging an item you will have to pay for shipping the exchange item to us, but we’ll pay for shipping the new item back to you.
